Ordered because they had 5 stars. Not a good idea! The HOT wrap we ordered came refrigerated and my veggie burger with cheese, that I paid extra for, came with no cheese. Basically, you can't trust their menu.

We have tried dozens of cheese pizzas (all delivered) and Columbus Gourmet Food is our favorite. They also include extra dried basil, garlic powder and chili flakes to customize to your liking.

I am a fairly regular customer and have become accustomed to Miguel, who often delivers my orders, and he has always been quite kind and gracious. When he arrived with my soup today, he commented on my voice, or lack thereof (I’ve got a nasty cold, hence ordering in on a Saturday), and told me I should try a mint tea with honey. Anyway, I went into my apartment and found my order hadn’t been fully filled. I called Columbus Gourmet and struggled to tell the person on the either line, who couldn’t hear me due to my coughing, raspy voice and kept interrupting with " I think you're breaking up," that my order was wrong. Eventually, Miguel returned; surprisingly, he delivered not only my missing item, but also a large hot cup of the tea he had advised me to make for my illness. I do not normally get teary (or write reviews) but I feel touched and so grateful to him. The tea really did help, too. I'll keep coming back because tonight was truly out of the ordinary. Also their food is pretty good, never bad, but really, really good about 70-percent of the time (the margherita pizza and the salads are favorites), – I’ve never had a terrible experience.

REVIEW UPDATED, UNFORTUNATELY THE BREAKFAST PEOPLE CAN'T, OR DON'T, READ THE SPECIAL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS. How Tough is it to make extra light coffee? Apparently, it's impossible at this place. I NO LONGER ORDER BREAKFAST FROM THIS PROVIDER. Very unfortunate.

Would never order from this establishment ever again. My food arrived completely soggy and cold. I called them up and was told that I am a liar and that there is no way I could have gotten cold food. Note that I am sitting right in front of the food. I was then accused of being intoxicated, despite me disclosing my speech impediment at that point. I was again called a liar and a drunk, and that I should save my lies for someone else. Guess what? You'll never be seeing me again. Summary: this restaurant will harass you at any means necessary. Avoid this place at all costs.

I'd give this restaurant a better rating but they always mess up my order somehow. Plus they're always slow on delivery even though they're only 3 blocks away from me.

chopped salad not the freshest; accompanying bread not good (very dry); delivered two different types of dressing that didn't go together (one was very incorrect)... will likely avoid ordering from in the future...

Always good value for the money and fast delivery. Sometimes at my door within 10 mins of ordering (but I live 3 blocks away)...good selection, bagels are downside-- only OK

Perfect for a quick breakfast. The eggs are great and cheap. The rest of their menu has alot of options. I love ordering breakfast from this place on the weekends and will continue to do so.

Columbus is convenient and fairly priced compared to a few other deli's in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly (maybe not the old guy though) and swift. I took off 2 stars because their meats for the salad toss-ins don't seem to be fresh all the time. That's a major no-no!

Columbus Gourmet is my go-to when I'm too tired to make something at home. The prices are low and the quality is usually pretty good. The fries are probably what won me over. The best thing about CG is that they are exceptionally fast. I can't even remember when I waited the estimated delivery time of 30-45 minutes.

Wow. I reviewed Columbus Gourmet Food a few months ago and gave them rave reviews, but this time, my delivery was downright gross. I ordered a roast beef sandwich on Italian bread that was so stale I could barely rip it apart with my teeth. I also ordered an eclair that came squished and stale and had obviously gone bad (I can't get the taste out of my mouth). Sure, some of CGF's food may have been good, but if this order is any indication of their current quality, I'd recommend staying far, far away from this place.

Good every time. Food is hot, order is correct, delivery is quick, and it's delicious every time. From french toast (with a disappointing smuckers syrup) to the burgers, I haven't gone wrong yet.

there is no point in putting both a latte and a cappuccino on the menu if you make them both the same way. A cappuccino is on third foam, and to make it 'dry' or 'dark', use even LESS milk. A full cup is a ruined cappuccino.

This place has surprisingly awesome pizza, better than a lot of the pizza places in the area. The service is great too. They dont charge me for substitutions and they always get them right!
